1. Introduction
This Legal Agreement is a binding contract between you and SpeedHost247 governing the use of all services provided through SpeedHost247.com. By accessing or using any SpeedHost247 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement.
2. Acceptance of Agreement
Your access to or use of SpeedHost247 services constitutes full acceptance of this Legal Agreement, including any future modifications. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of all services.
3. Eligibility and Authority
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
4. Services and Availability
SpeedHost247 provides hosting and internet related services on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or error free operation. SpeedHost247 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without liability.
5. User Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all content, data, scripts, software, and activities hosted under your account. SpeedHost247 is not responsible for monitoring content but reserves the right to act if violations are discovered.
6. Prohibited Activities
The use of SpeedHost247 services for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to fraud, scams, phishing, cybercrime, malware distribution, hacking tools, and any crime related activity.
Any account found engaging in prohibited activities will be terminated immediately without warning and without refund.
7. DDoS Attacks and Network Abuse
SpeedHost247 does not guarantee full protection against DDoS attacks. Services that become repeated targets or cause network instability may be suspended or terminated without refund to protect infrastructure and other customers.
8. Billing and Payments
All services are prepaid unless otherwise stated. Failure to complete payment on time may result in automatic suspension or termination. SpeedHost247 is not liable for data loss caused by non payment related actions.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are limited to a 7 day period and apply only to verified hosting related technical issues that cannot be resolved. Refunds are not issued for DDoS attacks, abuse, policy violations, terminated accounts, crime related activity, user misconfiguration, or domain services.
10. Data and Backups
SpeedHost247 may provide backup services but does not guarantee backups or data recovery. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups. SpeedHost247 shall not be liable for any data loss.
11. Limitation of Liability
SpeedHost247 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption. Any liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the most recent billing cycle.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpeedHost247, its owners, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use of services or violation of this agreement.
13. Modifications to Agreement
SpeedHost247 reserves the right to modify this Legal Agreement at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
14. Governing Law
This Legal Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
