2. Services Provided
SpeedHost247 provides web hosting, VPS hosting, server solutions, and related internet services on an as is and as available basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account. This includes hosted content, scripts, applications, traffic, and data usage. Any misuse of our services may result in suspension or permanent termination.
4. Prohibited Usage
The following activities are strictly prohibited on SpeedHost247 services:
- Hosting scam, phishing, fraud, or impersonation websites
- Hosting malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious scripts
- Hosting hacking tools, botnets, or brute force software
- Hosting copyrighted content without authorization
- Hosting any illegal or crime related website
Any account found hosting crime related content will be terminated immediately without warning and without refund.
5. DDoS Attacks and Network Abuse
While SpeedHost247 may implement security and mitigation systems, we do not guarantee complete protection against DDoS attacks. Services that become repeated targets of DDoS attacks or cause network disruption may be suspended or terminated without refund.
6. Resource Usage Policy
All hosting plans are subject to fair usage limits. Excessive use of CPU, RAM, bandwidth, disk IO, or network resources that negatively impacts other customers may result in limitation, suspension, forced upgrade, or termination without notice.
7. Payments and Billing
All services are prepaid unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay on time may result in automatic suspension or termination. SpeedHost247 is not responsible for data loss caused by non payment related suspension.
8. Refund Policy
SpeedHost247 offers a 7 day refund policy strictly for hosting related technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.
Refunds will not be issued for DDoS attacks, policy violations, terminated accounts, crime related websites, user misconfiguration, resource abuse, domain services, or change of mind. All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of SpeedHost247.
9. Backups and Data Loss
Although backup services may be provided, SpeedHost247 does not guarantee data backups. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. SpeedHost247 shall not be liable for any data loss under any circumstance.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
SpeedHost247 reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if the account is deemed harmful to our infrastructure, reputation, or other users. Termination does not guarantee a refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
SpeedHost247 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages including loss of data, revenue, profit, or business interruption. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the last billing cycle.
12. Changes to Terms
SpeedHost247 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
